These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the viewit.it website and the services offered by Viewit Studio (the “Services”). By using the site and the Services you agree to these terms.

Viewit.it offers interactive 3D visualisation and digital twins for fairs, events, real estate and hospitality, plus 3D modelling and AI rendering tools (Viewito). Specific features of individual services are described on the site and in dedicated contracts.

3. Registration and accounts

Some services may require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity carried out through your account. You agree to provide truthful data and keep it updated.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the site and Services only for lawful purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently or harmfully;
• Reproduce, distribute or resell content without authorisation;
• Attempt to access other people's systems or accounts;
• Upload content that violates third-party rights or the law.

5. Intellectual property

All site content — texts, graphics, logos, 3D models, software and materials — is the property of Viewit Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. No rights are granted beyond what is expressly provided.

6. Liability

The site and Services are provided “as is”. Viewit Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, but strives to maintain high quality standards. To the extent permitted by law, Viewit Studio's liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in the previous 12 months; liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

7. User content

If you upload content (such as models, images or data), you retain your rights and grant us a limited licence to provide the service. You warrant that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload. Processing of such content via AI tools happens only with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the court of your residence or domicile is competent if you are a consumer; otherwise the court of Viewit Studio's registered office is competent.

Viewit Studio may update these terms. Changes will be published on this page with the date of last update.
