What are 360° virtual tours
A 360° virtual tour is an immersive experience in which the visitor can look around at 360 degrees and move from one point to another of the space, as if actually present.
Unlike a simple video or a photo gallery, the tour builds a journey: you enter a room, move to the next, go up a floor. Every movement is natural and autonomous.
Interiors and exteriors: two ways to tell a space
- Interiors: room-by-room navigation (apartments, offices, showrooms, hotel rooms)
- Exteriors: panoramic views and context
- Hotspots to link points and content
- Compatibility with VR headsets (Oculus, HTC Vive, WebXR)
VR and devices: how they are used
Tours work from the browser, without installations, on desktop, tablet and smartphone. For the full experience, they are compatible with the main VR headsets via WebXR.
Each tour generates a shareable link: you send it by email, publish it on the site or show it in a chat. The visitor enters without downloading anything.
Why they increase sales and bookings
The advantage is anticipated emotion. A client who has already 'walked' inside your property or venue arrives at the negotiation with a confidence no brochure can build.
Who has visited the space in 3D before buying or booking arrives already convinced: the tour reduces doubts, objections and decision time.
How to start
Start from a high-impact space: a lobby, a suite, the main hall. Add informative hotspots, then spread the link everywhere.
