Introduction
With several projects in progress you need clear organisation. The Viewito dashboard manages projects, events, layouts, components and reports.
How it works
The dashboard organises everything into projects, events and layouts, with CSV/XLS export. You can create a new project from a neutral scene, cloning an existing one or starting from a model. Incremental backups protect versions over time.
What it's for
It helps you stay organised and reuse your work: duplicate a layout for a variant, organise projects by event and keep versions safe.
Usage instructions
Organise your work
- Create a new project (neutral scene, clone or model).
- Organise the projects by event.
- Create layouts for the different versions (standard, event, preview).
- Use search and tables to find an item quickly.
- Export data to CSV/XLS for reports.
Use case
For a fair with three pavilions: create one project for each, group them by event and prepare for each two layouts (standard setup and special-event version). The backups let you return to a previous version if needed.
