The layout problem

A wrong layout is not seen at delivery: it is discovered when visitors crowd at an entrance, a queue blocks the food-court, or a too-narrow corridor creates a bottleneck. By then it is too late.

Crowd simulation solves this upstream: it simulates the movement of people inside the 3D model before the real setup.

How it works

You load the hall layout, define entrances, stands, service areas and the expected number of visitors. The simulation walks thousands of virtual people through the model, highlighting:

  • overcrowded areas and queues
  • corridors and bottlenecks
  • natural routes and blind spots
  • the impact of every layout change
Trying dozens of layout variants in 3D costs little. Rebuilding a layout in the real world costs a lot.

Data-driven decisions

With the simulation you assess the impact of every choice: move the food court, widen a passage, position signage better. You get an optimised layout before spending a euro on setup.

Not only fairs

The same technology works for concerts, conventions, museums, shopping centres and large public spaces. Wherever there are people flows, there is a better layout to discover.
